All our items include TRACKING, so you'll never have to wonder where your order is!

By using your tracking number, you can track your order on AusPost's website or by downloading the AusPost app.

Our shipping methods vary depending on the size of your order. For smaller orders, we use standard letterbox postage, while larger orders are shipped using standard parcel postage.

We quickly dispatch within 1-3 business days after you placed your order, allowing us sufficient time to make and package your order.
*Except on public holidays as post offices will be closed.

Australian express delivery takes approx. 1-3 business days after dispatch.
